Description
Used stringer lumber refers to the longitudinal support beams or rails in a pallet that have been previously used in pallet construction. Stringer lumber, which runs parallel to the length of the pallet and supports the deck boards, may be repurposed or recycled for new pallets or other applications. Used stringers may show signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, or minor damage. Although used, the stringer lumber is typically inspected and repaired if necessary to ensure it remains structurally sound and capable of supporting loads. It may be cleaned, sanded, or reinforced as part of the refurbishment process. Stringers can be 2way or 4way (notched)
